Waco Company Recalls Beef Products Due to Possible E. Coli Contamination stat : NBCDFW

The boneless beef items were produced by the Waco-based company March 6 and have the establishment number "EST. H & B Packing Co., Inc., has recalled more than 73,000 pounds of boneless beef products that may be contaminated with E. coli O103, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service. Customers who have purchased these products are urged to throw them away or return them to the place of purchase. No reports of illnesses from consuming these products have been confirmed. People can become ill two to eight days after consuming this type of E. coli.

Coli O157:H7). "No illnesses related to the consumption of the Yogurt Peanut Crunch Bars have been reported to date. There have been no E. coli infections related to the affected protein bars, according to the recall notice. "Consumers who have purchased Yogurt Peanut Crunch Bars are urged not to consume and to return any remaining product to the place of purchase for a full refund.

March 23, 2017 - Pro Sports Club of Bellevue, WA is recalling 36,957 Yogurt Peanut Crunch bars because it may be contaminated with Escherichia coli O157:H7 bacteria (E. Coli O157:H7). Consumers who have purchased Yogurt Peanut Crunch Bars are urged not to consume and to return any remaining product to the place of purchase for a full refund. The Yogurt Peanut Crunch Bar was sold directly to clients at the PRO Sports facilities in Washington (Bellevue, Redmond and Seattle cities) between August 8, 2016 and March 10, 2017.
