They formed the Dana's Angels study Trust in 2002 to lift money to study Niemann-Pick type C & find better curing & a cure. "As a parent you must save in mind which none is fast sufficient," Phil Marella said. It has been used as a delivery for other drugs, however by Niemann-Pick type C illness patients, it could act as a sponge & cause cells to give up additional cholesterol. "The study has shown which if we could find a cure for Niemann-Pick type C illness, we going to have better treatments for Alzheimer's illness & heart illness & HIV virus/AIDS virus," Andrea Marella said.

as declared in STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- As the mom of a child by a uncommon illness -- Phelan-McDermid syndrome (PMS) -- Debra Papagni is tired of hearing people ask "What is PMS?" which's the reason she soon released a fb campaign to both lift money & bring awareness to the illness. She & her teenage Kids -- Julia, 17, & Justin Denmark, 15 -- each year take portion in the Autism Speaks Walk. "I added a few bucks to the cost of the shirts Extremely I could donate the excess to Autism Speaks. such as others by PMS, Drew has severe cognitive disabilities & is non-verbal.
