(Carnival Supermarket), located at 870 3rdAvenue, Chula Vista, Calif., is voluntarily recalling approximately 35 pounds of ground beef products that may be adulterated with E. coli O157:H7, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.The lean and extra lean ground beef was produced and sold only on Sept. 1, 2016.The following products are subject to recall:20-lbs.
