Residents in parts of South Yorkshire are still being warned not to drink their tap water because of levels of bacteria in it.Customers in 3,600 properties in the village of Thorne, near Doncaster, have been contacted by Yorkshire Water.In a letter send to those affected, Yorkshire Water said: We're giving you this advice after consulting with your local Public Health England Protection Unit and the Environment Health Team at your Local Authority.
