William Memorial Park Beach in Cicero has reopened for swimming.The beach was closed Wednesday due to high bacteria levels of E. coli in the water.Lisa Letteney, Onondaga County's Director of Environmental Health, said in a news release that water quality test results received today now show acceptable levels.
