Her character of 30 years on General Hospital, Anna Devane, was recently diagnosed with PV, a rare blood cancer. She joined the cast of General Hospital in 1984, after starring with John Travolta in Stayin' Alive. PV is just one type of MPN rare blood cancer and MPNs affect approximately 200,000 Americans.
