Mom with cancer dies days after delivering premature baby boy stat : New York Post

A New Jersey mom who battled cancer while pregnant died just three days after giving birth prematurely to a baby boy. She delivered via C-section two weeks after finding out about the cancer and died three days later. Danielle Janofsky, 30, was diagnosed with cancer six months into her pregnancy, NJ.com reported. Janofsky had melanoma two years ago, but got treatment and was given a great prognosis. Despite regular check-ups, the 30-year-old did not learn the melanoma had metastasized until she began experiencing stomach and abdominal pain.




A California woman who beat cancer twice, including while pregnant, died just one day after giving birth to twins. Ms Snider, who was already the mother of two daughters - Aubrey and Maddy - went through chemotherapy while pregnant with the twins. One of the pages, set up by a friend of Ms Snider's mother, read: "Jamie was a such a bright light on this planet. Jamie Snider, 30, had cancer prior to her pregnancy as well, losing an ovary in the process of overcoming it. Ms Snider experienced congestive heart failure and died on 17 March.

Jamie Snider, 30, was diagnosed with cervical cancer before learning she was pregnant with twins. Just last week, Snider posted a smiling photo from the hospital before giving birth to her twins Camila and Nico. Several GoFundMe pages have been set up to help Snider's family pay for family expenses, memorial service and donations. Snider lost an ovary but overcame the cancer.
