province flags 2 Ecoli 'hot spots' in Warren drains

according to Macomb province Public Works commissar Candice Miller met reporters on the bank of the Red Run Dec. 20 to address the discovery of 2 Ecoli "hot spots" in Warren storm sewers, channeling dangerous pathogenic bacteria into the province waterway. Stormwater entering the Red Run out of municipal drains flows into the Clinton River & finallyinto Lake St. Clair. Miller said the investigation that followed isolated 2 Ecoli "hot spots," from that the pathogenic bacteria was entering the province drain system out of 2 storm sewer pipes owned with the city of Warren. That is sodangerous for human contact."Stormwater entering the Red Run flows into the Clinton River & finallyinto Lake St. Clair. Ecoli pathogenic bacteria is found in human & animal waste.
