Well it turns out the initial reports were right, LA Times posted an article today claiming that the WSHH founder died of natural causes. According to the full autopsy report, "Q" died of natural causes as a result of obesity & severe buildup of plaque near his heart. Back in January, Worldstarhiphop founder, Lee "Q" O'Denat, suddenly passed away at the young age of 43 when he was found unresponsive at a San Diego massage parlor. The cause of his death was unknown at the time, but expected to be obesity related. He weighed 345 pounds at the time of his death, and also reportedly had an enlarged liver and fatty liver disease.
The San Diego County medical examiner's office has revealed further details on what caused the untimely death of Lee "Q" O'Denat, founder of the popular website WorldStarHipHop. In records made available to the L.A. Times, the cause of death was revealed to be complications due to obesity — including a severe build-up of plaque around the heart. The investigation further found that O'Denat was suffering from an enlarged liver, and fatty liver disease. O'Denat, who was 43 at the time of his death, passed away in January 2017 while at a San Diego massage parlour, after receiving a 30-minute massage. The toxicology report found cannabinoids in O'Denat's body, which suggests marijuana use, but the L.A. Times reports that no other evidence of drugs nor alcohol was found in his body at the time of death.
